Return and refund policy
At Pixo Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 3D-printed decorative products are crafted with care, but if something does not meet your expectations, here is our return and refund policy:
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you would like to return a product.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and in its original condition (not damaged, not modified).
In its original packaging, if applicable.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Important: Custom or made-to-order products based on your specifications are not eligible for return, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
3. Return Process
Contact us by email at pixolab3d@gmail.com or through our contact form, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide a return label or instructions on how to send the product back to our distribution center.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or denied.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of defective items or order errors.
5. Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with a photo or description of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
